Inspired by the different cultures, social and political classes that came together in the area of the suburb of Santa Ana, Casa Variedades was born.
The architects went through different styles, achieving an eclectic design that takes advantage of the widespread natural lighting of this historic building, conceiving unique spaces dedicated to lovers of variety, fine arts and culture.

Italian hand-painted floors are incorporated, which provide a geometric design that gives room to the imagination, together with touches of wood and iron that provide warmth, taking advantage of the three-level distribution, loft type, which makes each space a place unrepeatable.

The colonial design gives us large windows and doors arranged to allow wide natural lighting.
The lighting environmental design stage was essential for Casa Variedades to integrate the use of natural light, giving value to spaces and shapes, creating artistic details that enhance the design through the perception of the set of lights and shadows.
A view that tells us the history of Casco Antiguo, founded in 1673. From all angles of this wide rooftop, you can clearly see the perpendicular streets that lead to the most important squares, the famous cathedrals and churches with artistic designs, typical of the era, which give life to a colonial environment full of charm.
The rooftop borders the second most important theater in the country, Teatro Variedades, a historical and monumental jewel, built under the direction of the renowned French architect Paul Chatagnon. This theater is considered the most important cultural architectural piece in the area.
